Notes

1. William and Mary Johnson had four sons John Millar born 1897, Norman born 1899, Percy born 1901 and Fred born 1905. John and Norman died in WW1 but Percy and Fred were too young to serve and were both alive living with their widowed father in 1939. William on the dedication is the father.
